We began by stripping away the existing roof tiles, old roofing felt and timber battens, taking everything back to the timber structure beneath. Removing the worn roofing materials allowed us to prepare the roof for a complete new installation.
With the old covering removed, we installed new roofing felt and timber battens before fitting the new roof tiles. We also completed the surrounding roof details, including new lead flashing, a ventilated dry ridge system and dry verge caps securely fixed to the new battens.
